Job Summary

Looking for an experienced Workday Learning Consultant with solid hands-on configuration expertise in the Workday Learning module. The candidate should have experience configuring learning programs, catalogs, campaigns, security, business processes and integrations, along with a good understanding of skills-based talent processes.

Must-Have Skills

- 5+ years of overall Workday experience
- 4+ years of relevant Workday Learning experience
- Hands-on configuration of Workday Learning
- Course and program setup
- Learning campaigns
- Learning security groups
- Learning catalog and curriculum configuration
- Competency and skills mapping aligned with job profiles
- Workday Learning business processes:
- Enrollment approvals
- Learning assignments
- Completions
- Notifications
- Content provider integrations
- Strong understanding of Workday Learning integration with other HCM modules
- Ability to work with business stakeholders and understand learning requirements

Key Responsibilities





- Configure and maintain Workday Learning solutions based on business requirements.
- Set up courses, programs, curricula, catalogs and learning campaigns.
- Configure learning security groups and access.
- Build and maintain Learning business processes and notifications.
- Configure competency/skills mapping to support skills-based talent initiatives.
- Support integrations between Workday Learning and Talent, Performance, Compensation and Supervisory Organizations.
- Troubleshoot configuration and business process issues.
- Participate in testing, deployment and production support activities.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to deliver effective learning solutions.
