About the Opportunity
Scouto is a fast-growing tech-enabled hiring platform transforming how companies in India discover, assess, and onboard top-tier talent across engineering, product, and data roles. We blend smart matching algorithms with human-centric design to deliver seamless, high-conversion hiring experiences for startups and enterprises alike. As we scale our product suite, we’re seeking a sharp, user-obsessed Designer to shape intuitive, scalable interfaces that empower recruiters and candidates.

Role & Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end user flows for Scouto’s web and mobile platforms—from onboarding to candidate matching to offer management.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate feature specs into pixel-perfect, responsive UIs that balance aesthetics with usability.
- Run user research sessions, synthesize feedback, and iterate rapidly using Figma prototypes to validate design decisions.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system—components, tokens, and guidelines—to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.




- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design, ensuring our interfaces are usable by candidates and recruiters from diverse backgrounds.
- Present design rationale to cross-functional stakeholders and champion user-centric decision-making across product development.

- Experience in hiring or HR Tech products
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for design handoff
- Ability to create micro-interactions or motion design in After Effects or Lottie
