We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Junior BDE who is eager to build a career in sales and business development.

What You’ll Do:

- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, messages, emails, and other channels.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Understand client requirements and communicate our services effectively.
- Assist in converting qualified leads into potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
- Maintain and update lead and client information.
- Learn and understand digital marketing and performance marketing services.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and follow-ups.

What We’re Looking For:

- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in BDE,



sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident while speaking with clients and handling follow-ups.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Positive attitude with a solid willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
- Basic understanding of sales and client communication is a plus.
- Experience in a Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing Agency is a plus.
