Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of academic programs and curriculum frameworks across remote learning environments.
- Manage and mentor a distributed team of academic chairs and faculty, fostering a culture of pedagogical excellence and inclusive teaching practices.
- Align academic strategy with institutional KPIs—student outcomes, retention, and engagement—using data-driven dashboards and feedback loops.
- Partner with product and tech teams to co-create digital learning tools, LMS integrations, and assessment systems that elevate academic delivery.
- Develop and enforce academic policies,
accreditation standards, and quality assurance protocols tailored for 100% remote institutions.
- Represent the academic vision externally—engaging with edtech partners, accreditation bodies, and global education networks.
- Experience with virtual universities or MOOC platforms
- Knowledge of Indian higher education regulatory frameworks (UGC, NAAC, AICTE)
- Fluency in learning analytics tools (e.g., Tableau for Education, Power BI)
