About the Opportunity
A fast-scaling AI-native consultancy in the Enterprise Generative AI & Data Science sector, we partner with Fortune 500s and high-growth tech firms to architect, prototype, and productionize GenAI solutions—spanning RAG systems, LLM fine-tuning, agentic workflows, and AI-powered automation. Our data scientists bridge cutting-edge research with enterprise-grade deployment, ensuring models deliver measurable ROI, scalability, and compliance across industries like finance, healthcare, and logistics. Role & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end GenAI solution design: from problem scoping and data strategy to model selection, fine-tuning, and deployment on cloud platforms.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector DBs like Pinecone or FAISS.
- Collaborate with clients and engineering teams to integrate LLMs into business workflows — customer support, document processing, code generation, or decision intelligence.
- Conduct model evaluation, bias testing,



and performance benchmarking using industry-standard metrics and tools.
- Translate complex AI concepts into executive-level presentations and technical documentation for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to AI best practices, MLOps, and ethical AI governance frameworks.
