We are looking for a Part-Time Recruiter who will be responsible for connecting with candidates, explaining job opportunities, screening them over the phone, and coordinating the next steps in the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Call candidates from the provided database for relevant job openings.
- Explain the job role, company, salary, location, and other relevant details.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate suitability.
- Understand candidate experience, skills, expectations, and availability.
- Shortlist relevant candidates and share their details with the recruitment team.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews and updates.
- Maintain accurate call and candidate records.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and screening targets.
Requirements
- 6 months–2 years of experience in recruitment, telecalling, BPO, sales, or customer-facing roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls.
- Hindi and English communication skills required.
- Good follow-up and candidate-handling skills.
- Basic computer and Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
