Key Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct cold calling with candidates to explain job opportunities and assess their interest.
- Screen candidate profiles based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
- Maintain candidate records, recruitment data, and regular follow-ups with applicants.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR.
- Comfortable with cold calling and regular candidate interaction.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals will be an advantage.
