About the Role We are looking for a results-driven Telesales Executive with proven experience selling WhatsApp Marketing, Bulk SMS, Email Marketing, or Voice Call/IVR solutions. This is a pure sales role — the ideal candidate is comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls, converting leads into clients, and consistently hitting sales targets. No technical or API knowledge is required. Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to sell WhatsApp Marketing, Bulk SMS, Email Marketing, and Voice Call solutions • Generate and manage leads through cold calling, referrals, and inbound inquiries • Understand client business needs and recommend the most suitable product/package • Achieve daily call targets along with monthly sales targets • Handle pricing discussions, objection handling, and deal closures over the phone • Follow up consistently with warm leads and past inquiries to convert them into customers • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upselling • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM • Stay updated on product offerings, market trends,



and competitor pricing to position offerings effectively Required Experience & Skills • Minimum 2 years of telesales/inside sales experience, preferably selling WhatsApp Marketing, Bulk SMS, Email Marketing, or Voice/IVR services • Proven experience in at least 2 of these 4 channels: WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Voice • Strong track record in cold calling, lead conversion, and client acquisition over the phone • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette (English/Hindi/regional language as required) • Robust negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills • Basic proficiency with CRM tools, Excel, or call-tracking systems is a plus • Self-motivated with the ability to manage a high volume of daily calls independently Not Required • API / technical integration knowledge • Coding or development background • Deep technical product knowledge (training will be provided) Preferred • Background in a similar industry — bulk messaging or digital marketing agency • We want candidates from a similar/relevant industry background What We Offer • Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives • Fast-track growth opportunities
