Role Summary

We are looking for a senior, client-facing Data Architect / Data Consultant with strong experience in the Healthcare domain, Microsoft Fabric/Azure Data Fabric, and Snowflake. The ideal candidate should have experience participating in discovery and assessment phases, understanding business requirements, and recommending appropriate technology and cost-effective data solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and participate in discovery, assessment, and requirement-gathering phases for data and analytics initiatives.
- Design scalable and cost-effective cloud data architecture aligned with business requirements.
- Provide technical expertise across Microsoft Fabric/Azure Data Fabric and Snowflake.
- Understand healthcare data, business processes, reporting requirements, and data challenges.
- Work directly with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into technical solutions.
- Recommend appropriate technologies, architectures, and implementation approaches with clear technical and business reasoning.
- Evaluate solution costs, cloud consumption, performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
- Present technical recommendations and architecture options to business and technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams throughout solution discovery and delivery.
- Identify risks, dependencies, technical gaps,



and opportunities for optimization.
- Prepare architecture documents, discovery findings, solution approaches, and technical proposals.

Mandatory Skills

- 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Architecture / Data Consulting.
- Strong experience in the Healthcare domain.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric / Azure Data Fabric.
- Strong experience with Snowflake and modern cloud data platforms.
- Proven experience working in discovery and assessment phases.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to recommend technology and cost optimization strategies based on business requirements.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data integration, data modeling, and cloud platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

- Experience comparing and designing solutions across Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, and Azure data services.
- Experience with cloud cost estimation and optimization.
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards and systems is a plus.
- Experience preparing architecture proposals and conducting technical workshops.
- Robust understanding of modern data lakehouse and data warehouse architectures.
