Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst / Process Designer with outbound logistics experience to support a SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation project. The role will focus on order fulfillment process understanding, future-state design, requirements, testing, and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze existing outbound logistics and order fulfillment processes.
- Support future-state process design aligned to the global template.
- Facilitate workshops and capture business requirements / open points.
- Prepare process documentation, user stories, test scenarios, and validation inputs.
- Collaborate with business, IT, consultants, and regional stakeholders.
- Support SIT, UAT, defect clarification, and business readiness activities.

Required Skills





- Experience in outbound logistics, sales order fulfillment, delivery, shipping, or distribution processes.
- Understanding of warehouse, transportation, and order-to-delivery interactions.
- Exposure to SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA logistics processes.
- Experience in requirements gathering, process documentation, and testing support.
- Good communication, analytical thinking, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Preferred Profile

- Business Analyst / Process Designer background in an ERP transformation workplace.
- Comfortable working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Structured documentation approach with focus on clarity, ownership, and business validation.
