Technology Transformation Communications Consultant (Project / Program Management)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Communication Consultant to join a strategic Technology Transformation Program. This role will be responsible for translating technical and program management information provided by Tech Leads, Project Managers, and other key stakeholders into clear, executive-level, and impactful presentations tailored to different audiences.

The ideal candidate combines expertise in storytelling, visual communication, presentation design, corporate communications, and Artificial Intelligence tools, with the ability to transform complex information into compelling messages aligned with program objectives.

This person will play a critical role in preparing materials for executive committees, sponsors, business stakeholders, technical teams, and other relevant audiences, ensuring narrative and visual consistency across all program communications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop executive and operational presentations to communicate program progress, milestones, risks, achievements, decisions, and upcoming activities.
- Transform technical and project-related information into clear, visually engaging, and decision-oriented content.
- Adapt messaging, level of detail, and storytelling approach according to the target audience (C-Level executives, senior management, business stakeholders, technical teams, external stakeholders, etc.).
- Leverage Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize presentation development, generate visual content, structure key messages, and improve overall productivity.
- Create dashboards, infographics, visual frameworks, roadmaps, executive summaries, and communication materials supporting the transformation program.
- Ensure a consistent visual identity and communication style across all program deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with Tech Leads, Program Managers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to gather information and create high-impact communication materials.
- Continuously improve communication formats, methodologies,



and channels used throughout the program.
- Manage multiple deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Required Qualifications

Professional Experience

- Proven experience in Program Communications, PMO, Change Management, Executive Storytelling, Corporate Presentation Design, or similar roles.
- Experience supporting large-scale Technology Transformation, Digital Transformation, or Strategic Transformation Programs.
- Experience working with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience in multinational corporate environments is highly desirable.

Technical Skills

- Advanced expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience with visual collaboration and design tools such as Figma, Canva, Miro, or similar platforms.
- Practical knowledge and hands-on experience using Generative AI tools for content creation and presentation development, including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Gamma, Beautiful.ai, or equivalent solutions.
- Strong understanding of executive storytelling and corporate communication principles.
- Ability to structure and simplify complex information into visually compelling content for both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables.
- Ability to synthesize large volumes of information into concise and meaningful messages.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working within technology transformation environments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and utilizing Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance both the quality and speed of communication deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in technology transformation initiatives involving Cloud Migration, Application Modernization, ERP implementations, Data & Analytics programs, or similar strategic initiatives.
- Experience preparing materials for Steering Committees, Executive Committees, Sponsors, or Senior Leadership audiences.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
