- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, dining options, and upcoming events to assist guests effectively
- Process room reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately using the hotel property management system (PMS)
- Manage cash transactions, process payments, and maintain exact financial records with transparency
- Keep the front desk area organized, clean, and presentable at all times, reflecting our commitment to excellence
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
- Resolve overbooking situations and room type changes efficiently while maintaining guest satisfaction
