- Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate department and responding promptly to client requests
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, group bookings, and client interactions in compliance with company procedures
- Prepare and organize sales documentation including quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales reports with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate site inspections and product demonstrations for prospective clients,
ensuring a seamless and professional experience
- Support the sales team by providing administrative assistance, data entry, and follow-up on pending opportunities and client concerns
- Respond to client inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
- Maintain and update CRM systems and sales databases to ensure all information is current, accurate, and accessible to the team
