**Title: SailPoint Developer/Senior SailPoint Developer** **Position Summary:** The global Governance, Risk and Assurance team is responsible for maintaining compliance with enterprise cybersecurity control frameworks, policies and procedures. The team is part of the global Cybersecurity Engineering and Assurance organization at Cornerstone OnDemand. The SailPoint Developer plays a critical role in supporting the identity security strategy and vision of the Cybersecurity Engineering & Assurance team, and reports into the Associate Director of Cybersecurity & Assurance. In this role, you will be the SailPoint IdentityIQ subject matter expert with a broad understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes and implementations. Cornerstone uses SailPoint IIQ for automated governance of its access control mechanisms covering areas such as account lifecycle management, role-based access control, access recertifications, and more. This role focuses on development of new features and integrations based on changing business and cybersecurity requirements, as well as continuous maintenance of the platform. You should have a solid working knowledge of IT systems and technologies and enjoy working collaboratively across teams. This position requires constant interaction with operations and security teams to comprehend requirements, build innovative solutions, optimize existing processes, ensure continuous effectiveness of the SailPoint's IAM governance controls, and produce metrics, scorecards, reports and dashboards periodically. **In this role you will...** + Work closely withthe global Cybersecurity Engineering & Assurance team to implementsecurity standards across the organization. + Administer andmaintain Cornerstone's SailPoint IdentityIQ platform, and develop innovativesolutions to fulfil business requirements + Analyze complexrequirements, security policies, standards and operating procedures to devisebest-in-class solutions. + Actively engage inall SailPoint deployment activities such as connector configurations,custom rule development, workflow configuration and development, andthird-party system integrations.
+ Implement robustIAM features covering self-service automation, password management, lifecycleworkflows, and configuration of various roles and access control policiesin SailPoint. + Ensure optimum qualitycontrol and assurance, such as developing and executing test plans and scripts,performing audit log reviews and investigations, and resolving exceptions fornew and existing IAM solutions. + Administer andmaintain LCM workflows like joiners, movers, leavers and other customworkflows to support critical IAM automations. + Perform thorough root-causeanalyses for identified problems and exceptions as needed. + Create andmaintain comprehensive requirements specifications, solutionarchitectures, user guides, FAQs and support documentation. **You've got what it takes if you have...** + Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,Cybersecurity or related fields. + Qualified SailPointcredentials such as Identity Security Administrator, Identity SecurityEngineer and IdentityIQ Engineer are desired. + 2-8 years ofexperience in SailPoint IdentityIQ administration, design, development,testing, configuration, integration and deployment. + Hands-onexpertise in onboarding applications in SailPoint IdentityIQ using bothout-of-the-box and custom connectorsStrong experiencewith SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows, lifecycle events, approval processes,rules, forms, tasks and customizations. + Strong experiencein IdentityIQ infrastructure and environment management, includinginstallation, upgrades, patching, deployment, configuration, testing,troubleshooting, and technical documentation in complex enterprise IAMenvironments. + Strong knowledgeof Identity and Access Management (IAM) best practices includingJoiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) automation, RBAC, birthright access,
