Job Title- Non-IT Recruitment Team LeadLocation: Gurgaon (WFO-5 Days)Experience: 4–6 YearsJob Type: Mid-Level RoleRole Overview:We are looking for a Non-IT Recruitment Team Lead with solid experience in bulk hiring, team handling, sourcing, and target achievement .Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of Non-IT Recruiters .Handle bulk/volume hiring across multiple roles.Manage recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to joining .Drive daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.Coordinate with clients/hiring managers on requirements.Monitor team performance and maintain recruitment MIS.Manage candidate follow-ups, offers, and joining closures.Train and mentor recruiters to improve productivity.Mandatory Requirements:4–6 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment.Bulk/Volume Hiring experience is mandatory.1–2 years of team-handling experience preferred.Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder-management skills.Experience handling multiple requirements and hiring targets.Good communication and negotiation skills.Target-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.Candidates residing in Delhi NCR are preferred.
