The selected candidates will play a key role in gathering requirements from existing sites, validating them with site owners, and developing a comprehensive and executable migration plan. This role requires strong stakeholder management, technical understanding, and program coordination skills.Key Responsibilities- Collect and document detailed requirements from existing sites and stakeholders.- Collaborate with site owners and cross-functional teams to validate and finalize requirements.- Develop, manage, and publish a comprehensive migration plan covering scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.- Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.- Ensure alignment between technical teams, business owners, and leadership.- Facilitate regular status meetings and provide explicit,



concise program updates.- Maintain documentation, dashboards, and reports to ensure transparency and accountability.- Drive end-to-end program execution from planning through delivery.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role.- Strong understanding of technical systems, data flows, and migration processes.- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and requirement-gathering skills.- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality results under deadlines.- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving capabilities.Preferred Qualifications- Experience with large-scale platform or data migrations.- Background in working with distributed systems or enterprise environments.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Experience working with cross‑functional global teams.
