Job Summary
We are looking for a Workday Integration Consultant with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Workday Integrations, with strong expertise in Workday Recruiting and Workday Studio.
Skills
3–4 years of hands-on Workday Integration experience.
Solid experience in Workday Studio and EIB.
Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting integrations.
Experience integrating Workday with external applications/ATS platforms.
Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services and RaaS.
Experience with data mapping, transformation, validation and error handling.
Exposure to real-time/near-real-time and high-volume integrations.
Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
Understanding of integration security,
authentication and sensitive data handling.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test and support Workday integrations with external systems.
Develop Recruiting integrations involving candidate, requisition and application data.
Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors and APIs.
Implement logging, monitoring, error handling and retry mechanisms.
Troubleshoot complex integration issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Work with product and engineering teams on evolving API and integration requirements.
Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable integration solutions.
