Role Description The User Experience Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, accessible,



and engaging experiences for teachers using the Spark School AI platform. This full-time, in office role in Ahmedabad involves conducting user research with teachers and school stakeholders, mapping user journeys, and applying design thinking to translate classroom workflows into digital interfaces. Day-to-day tasks include creating wireframes and interactive prototypes, collaborating with product managers and engineers, and refining designs based on user feedback and data. The designer will contribute to visual design systems, maintain consistency across the product, and ensure the platform supports diverse curricula, languages, and classroom contexts. This role requires close collaboration with the founding team and educators to continuously improve usability and impact in real classrooms.
