Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and oversee the company's overall operational functions. The COO will work closely with the Director and senior management to drive operational efficiency,



manufacturing excellence, cost optimization, cross-functional coordination, business growth, and organizational performance.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in manufacturing operations, preferably within the Electrical, Electronics, Power Electronics, Solar, Renewable Energy, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the company’s overall business and day-to-day operations in alignment with organizational goals.
Develop and implement operational strategies, KPIs, and performance management systems.
Oversee manufacturing, production planning, quality, supply chain, procurement, inventory, and logistics.
Improve productivity, operational efficiency, cost optimization, and profitability.
Coordinate with R&D;, Engineering, Sales, Service, Finance, HR, and other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
