Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of our AEM-based digital experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of AEM capabilities, content management, and personalization, combined with Agile product ownership expertise. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and UX designers to ensure AEM-powered solutions align with business objectives and provide exceptional user experiences.Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Planning:
Define AEM-based product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with organizational goals.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis,



and customer interviews to identify opportunities.
Translate business objectives into actionable product goals and deliverables.
Product Development:
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery on AEM product backlog.
Develop user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams.
Monitor progress and resolve bottlenecks during the product development lifecycle.
Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, customers, and development teams.
Communicate product updates, release plans, and feedback loops effectively to all stakeholders.
Balance competing priorities and ensure alignment across all teams.
Performance & Feedback:
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the product.
