QA Tester - Retail & Enterprise Applications

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and cooperative QA Tester to support testing activities across retail and enterprise applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for validating business-critical solutions supporting Store Operations, Point of Sale (POS), Inventory Management, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and SAP-integrated processes.

Working as part of an Agile delivery team, the QA Tester will contribute to test planning, test execution, defect management, and release validation while ensuring high-quality software delivery across integrated retail systems.

Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios based on business and functional requirements.
Perform functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and UAT testing across retail and enterprise applications.
Validate retail business processes including POS transactions, inventory movements, pricing and promotions, order management, payments, and store operations workflows.




Execute API and integration testing across SAP, middleware, and third-party systems.
Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps (ADO).
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure quality deliverables.
Support release validation, production verification, and post-release testing activities.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Assist with test data preparation and environment validation activities.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of QA best practices.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
