Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes for assigned clients.
Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual financial projections.
Analyze revenue, labor, departmental expenses, and profitability trends.
Prepare variance analysis comparing actual results against budget and forecast.
Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
Develop KPI dashboards and operational scorecards.
Financial Reporting & Controller Responsibilities
Review monthly financial statements and ensure accuracy and completeness.
Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.
Validate balance sheet reconciliations and accounting schedules.
Monitor working capital, cash flow, and liquidity requirements.
Review journal entries, accruals, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and intercompany activities.
Hospitality Industry Support
Analyze hotel operational metrics including:
Occupancy %
ADR (Average Daily Rate)
RevPAR
GOP
Labor Cost %
Departmental Profitability
Partner with General Managers and Operations Teams to identify improvement opportunities.
Conduct benchmarking and trend analysis.
Support franchise reporting and lender reporting requirements.
Real Estate Portfolio Support
Review property-level financials and investment performance.
Monitor NOI, Cap Rate, Occupancy Trends, and Cash Flow.
Analyze lease-related income and property operating expenses.
Support investor and ownership reporting.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as primary finance contact for assigned clients.
Present monthly financial results and business insights during review meetings.
Respond to client queries and provide strategic recommendations.
Build long-term relationships with client stakeholders.
Team Leadership
Review work performed by Senior Accountants and Accounting Managers.
Train and mentor accounting professionals.
Establish best practices and process improve
