Role Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for W Design Studio.



This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad includes researching prospective clients, qualifying leads, and managing the end-to-end business development cycle from initial outreach to contract closure. The role involves collaborating closely with design and project teams to prepare proposals, pitch presentations, and capability decks that align with client requirements and market trends. The Business Development Manager will track market developments in architecture, interior design, and workplace strategy, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and provide regular reporting on business performance. The individual will also represent the studio at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings to strengthen brand visibility and build long-term partnerships.
