Staff Engineer, Partnership Ecosystem in our office in Bengaluru

Responsibilities




Define, evolve and own technical architecture and standards across Partnership & Loyalty eco-system.
Lead the design of scalable, resilient, and observable systems
Drive cross-team and cross-department technical initiatives, unblocking work that spans more than one domain.
Establish engineering standards, a department-wide service review checklist, and system governance.
Mentor engineers, lead complex technical decision-making
Optimize performance, scalability, and resilience of real-time systems.

Skills & Competencies
Strong expertise in backend and distributed systems architecture, with deep C#/.NET fluency.
Experience with message-driven and event-driven architectures using Azure Service Bus and Kafka.
Experience with cloud-native and microservices architectures in a production trading or financial environment.
Strong knowledge of reliability, observability, and telemetry-driven performance
