Key Responsibilities
· Plan, execute and optimize Google Ads/PPC campaigns with a focus on traffic, leads, conversions and ROI.
· Manage technical SEO activities, including on-page optimization, website health, indexing, keyword performance and Search Console.
· Support LinkedIn marketing and lead-generation activities, including organic and paid campaigns.
· Drive B2C digital marketing initiatives across relevant channels and support B2B lead generation programs.
· Track and analyze campaign performance using GA4, Google Search Console and other analytics/reporting tools.
· Monitor key metrics such as traffic, conversions, CPL, CAC, campaign ROI and overall channel performance.
· Work on landing page optimization, including content, CTAs, user journeys and conversion improvements.
· Manage day-to-day website updates and basic website administration, coordinating with internal/technical teams where required.
· Explore and implement AI tools,



marketing automation and other productivity solutions to improve campaign execution and efficiency.
· Work closely with content, design, sales and business teams to align digital marketing activities with business objectives.
· Regularly identify opportunities to improve organic visibility, paid performance, lead quality and conversion rates.
Must-Have Skills & Knowledge
· 2–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
· Robust practical knowledge of Technical SEO & Google Ads / PPC.
· Experience with LinkedIn Marketing.
· Proven B2C marketing experience.
· Understanding of B2B lead generation.
· Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console and campaign analytics.
· Understanding of campaign ROI, CPL, CAC, conversion rates and performance metrics.
· Experience with Landing Page Optimization and CRO.
· Experience with AI tools and marketing automation.
· Client-facing experience with the ability to present marketing strategies/services, explain
