Role Description The Social Media Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for planning, executing, and managing Brandatory’s and clients’ social media presence across multiple platforms. This role includes developing and implementing social media strategies, creating and supervising content calendars, optimizing posts for engagement and reach,



and overseeing community management activities such as responding to comments and messages. The Social Media Lead will analyze performance data, prepare reports, and refine strategies to improve brand awareness, follower growth, and campaign effectiveness. Day-to-day tasks also involve collaborating with designers, content creators, and account managers to align social media initiatives with broader marketing campaigns. The role requires staying updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive and innovative presence.
