Your Role
Handle end-to-end Non-IT recruitment.
Source and screen suitable candidates.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups.
Manage multiple vacancies and hiring targets.
Maintain recruitment records and reports.
Build a solid candidate pipeline.
We’re Looking For
✔ 3+ years of Non-IT recruitment experience
✔ Building Materials industry recruitment experience preferred
✔ Strong sourcing and screening skills
✔ Good communication and negotiation skills
✔ Target-oriented and proactive approach
