This is a founding-team marketing role, with the canvas of a startup and none of the risk. The customers, the revenue and the credibility are already in place. You get to help build the marketing function on top of it, at a company that is about to have its most ambitious chapter.
We are looking for a brilliant generalist to help build it.

The role
This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who has done a bit of everything in marketing and wants to do more of it, with real ownership.



You will work closely with our fractional CMO and directly with the founders, and see the impact of your work quickly, because there are no layers between you and the people making decisions.
It is a thinker, dreamer and doer role. You will help shape how a modern insurance company shows up in the world and then roll up your sleeves and make it happen yourself. As we grow, you will help build the team, the partners and the tools around you.
You should be AI-native: someone who reaches for AI tools by instinct, uses them to work faster and better, and is excited to help build a marketing function that is AI-first from the ground up.
