Role Description This full-time, in office role as Trainee or Executive Human Resources Operations is based in Jaipur. The role involves supporting day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and induction processes, and coordinating HR documentation and compliance activities.



The individual will help manage attendance and leave records, support payroll-related data collation, and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures. They will work closely with HR team members and business units to ensure smooth HR workflows, timely resolution of employee queries, and accurate reporting of HR metrics. The role also includes contributing to employee engagement activities and supporting continuous improvement of HR operational processes.
