The opportunity
We are looking for a commercially sharp, execution-focused Senior Growth Manager to lead profitable expansion across India. You will translate business goals into market priorities, build and lead the growth team, personally drive strategic deals, and own the commercial performance of the client portfolio.
Recent client acquisition and expansion are the primary mandate. The role also covers client P&L;, relationship management, brand building and advertising revenue, working closely with leadership and internal teams to turn signed partnerships into successful, long-term accounts.

planning & market research
· Build annual, quarterly and monthly growth plans with clear revenue, acquisition, deployment and profitability goals; translate them into territory plans, team targets and budgets.
· Research market demand, competitors, commercial benchmarks and decision-makers across target segments. Prioritise accounts and markets based on revenue potential, deployment scale, seasonality, servicing feasibility and expected returns.
· Develop market-entry plans, test new segments through focused pilots, and recommend where to scale, improve or stop based on evidence.
Client acquisition & national expansion
· Own the sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through site assessment, proposals, negotiation, contracting and launch coordination. Personally lead strategic accounts and complex negotiations.
· Build a qualified pipeline through direct outreach, referrals, channel partners and industry
