Role Overview
We are looking for a sales qualified with strong exposure to the neuro-surgical segment who can effectively engage with neurosurgeons and hospital stakeholders to drive sustainable business growth.
The role involves managing key accounts, identifying new opportunities, and navigating hospital administrative structures to build long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales plans for neuro-surgical products in the assigned territory.
Support the internal finance team in following up with hospital finance and operations teams on billing and payments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with neurosurgeons, OT teams, and key opinion leaders.
Liaise with Radiology department- Radiologist and MRI technicians
Effectively present product features, clinical benefits,



and value propositions during in-clinic and in-OT interactions.
Identify, map, and engage all relevant stakeholders in hospitals (medical, administrative, purchase, and finance) to support sales closure.
Navigate hospital administrative processes for product evaluations, registrations, pricing, and tender-related activities.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and market share objectives.
Conduct regular field visits, case supports, demos, and in-service training as required.
Monitor competitor activities and provide timely market intelligence to management.
Maintain accurate records of calls, opportunities, and sales funnel in CRM/reporting formats.Work closely with marketing, clinical, and operations teams to execute territory- level initiatives.
Attend neurosurgeries and operate neuronavigation tools as and when needed
