Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to lead our customer acquisition efforts across paid digital channels. You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns that drive qualified leads and direct bookings while maximizing return on ad spend.

This role is ideal for someone who understands consumer travel behavior, booking funnels, seasonality, and hospitality marketing.



You will work directly with the founders and collaborate closely with the sales, reservations, design, and content teams to accelerate Stay Ukiyo’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Display, and other performance channels.
* Drive direct villa bookings while reducing dependency on OTAs.
* Manage monthly advertising budgets and maximize ROAS, occupancy, and booking revenue.
* Develop acquisition strategies for weekend getaways, holiday seasons, long weekends, corporate retreats, celebrations, and destination travel.
* Launch remarketing campaigns targeting website visitors, abandoned enquiries, and previous guests.
* Create audience segmentation strategies based on traveller personas, destinations, and booking behaviour.
* Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing of creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
* Monitor campaign performance
