Job role:
We’re looking for a sharp, storytelling-led Content & Community Specialist who can craft compelling brand communication, build engaged communities, and drive PR visibility. This role blends content creation, social media strategy, creator/influencer partnerships, PR coordination, and brand storytelling across all consumer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Content and Storytelling
Build brand positioning, narratives and strategies for increasing brand awareness and affinity
Own the brand content calendar across social, digital, and community channels
Create and lead storytelling for product launches, campaigns, festive drops, and packaging updates
2. Community and PR
Build the strategy and and nurture brand communities, creators, and loyalists as per brand positioning, including influencer programs
Drive community initiatives including UGC, contests, ambassadors,



and sampling programs
Own the PR calendar: press releases, media outreach, founder and brand stories, build relationships with complimentary brands, media platforms

Additional Responsibilities:
● Ensure implementation of brand guidelines
● Write clear, compelling copy for websites, ads, packaging, emailers, and product descriptions
● Work closely with design, performance, product, and agency partners

Key Requirements:
● 2+ years of experience in content, social media, community, brand communications, or PR
● Robust writing and storytelling skills; able to adapt to a modern Indian, Gen-Z friendly tone
● Deep understanding of Instagram, Youtube and engagement mechanics
● Experience coordinating with creators, PR agencies, journalists, or media platforms
● Aesthetic and design sensibility; ability to craft visual briefs and work well with designers
