Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time hybrid position based in Delhi, India, with flexibility for some work-from-home. The Sales Manager will oversee the entire sales cycle for Voxel3D’s 3D modeling, digitalization, and engineering solutions,



from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing. Day-to-day activities include identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and building long-term relationships with clients in government, PSU, and core engineering sectors. The role involves collaborating with technical and project teams to understand solution capabilities, preparing tailored presentations and demos, and ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting of sales performance. The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, participate in industry events, and support strategic initiatives to expand the company’s presence in target markets.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closing.
Experience in key account management and client relationship building, preferably with government, PSU, or engineering sector clients.
