You won't just follow a checklist—you’ll take ownership of our brand presence, run real lead-generation experiments, and help scale our student enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Lead Gen Strategy: Plan, write, and design high-converting short-form content (Reels/Shorts, carousels, ad copy) tailored to attract students and professionals.
Social Media Growth & Community Management: Manage key channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok/YouTube Shorts), engage with prospects, and turn social interactions into course inquiries.
Market & Competitor Research: Analyze trends in the online education space, monitor competitor offerings, and identify untapped target audiences.
Campaign & Funnel Execution: Assist in organizing, launching, and tracking promotional webinars, discount campaigns,



and new course launches.
Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs like engagement, lead volume, and client conversion rates, providing weekly actionable insights.

What We’re Looking For:
Strong Storyteller: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to write compelling hooks and persuasive sales copy.
Tool-Agnostic Creator: Basic to intermediate experience with Canva, Figma, CapCut/Premiere, or AI design tools to rapidly produce visual assets.
Growth Mindset: An absolute doer who is naturally curious about why certain social campaigns go viral or convert into paid students.
Platform Savvy: Strong familiarity with social media algorithms (especially Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok).
