Handle and convert incoming leads.
Generate new business opportunities and build your sales pipeline.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
Follow up aggressively and consistently with prospects.
Negotiate, overcome objections, and close deals.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Build strong client relationships and generate referrals.
Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and sales activity records.
Stay updated on projects, pricing, market trends, and competition.
? WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
1–2 years of sales experience.
Real estate experience is an advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong convincing and objection-handling abilities.
Highly target-oriented, competitive, and result-driven.
Confident personality with a strong sales mindset.
Comfortable with field sales, client meetings, and site visits.
A personal vehicle is mandatory: a 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler.
Valid driving license.
Willingness to travel across Bengaluru.
