Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Business Analyst (Finnish Language) to work on a full-time basis. The role requires solid analytical abilities and English comprehension, combined with fluency in Finnish. Candidates will read, summarize, and break down large content, conduct online research, validate claims, and interact with large language models to solve analytical puzzles.

Key Responsibilities:
• Read and summarize extensive textual content, dividing it into logical sections for model training.
• Conduct online research to verify statements and provide evidence‑based annotations.
• Generate and answer analytical scenarios that help improve the performance of large language models.
• Provide detailed feedback and explanations to correct model outputs and guide future learning.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate analytical findings into model refinement workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:




• Multilingual capability in English and Finnish, with the ability to switch between languages seamlessly.
• Strong research and analytical skills, demonstrated through systematic data examination and validation.
• Ability to give constructive feedback and create detailed annotations for AI model training.
• Creative and lateral thinking to devise novel analytical puzzles and scenarios.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to articulate findings clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
