About Meshfloor
Meshfloor is a SaaS platform built for coworking spaces and managed office operators.
It helps operators manage their workspace operations, customers, memberships, quotations, agreements, invoicing, collections, occupancy, meeting rooms, leads and other day-to-day business processes from one platform.
We are now looking for our first dedicated sales hire to help us acquire coworking and managed-office operators across India.
This is a founding sales role. You will have significant ownership of building the sales pipeline, conducting product demonstrations, converting prospects and helping current customers get started with Meshfloor.
What you will do1. Identify potential customers
Build a database of coworking and managed-office operators across India using:
LinkedIn
Google
Industry directories
Real-estate networks
Coworking communities
Business databases
Direct prospecting




Identify decision makers such as founders, owners, directors and operations heads.
2. Cold calling and outreach
Contact prospects through:
Phone calls
WhatsApp
Email
LinkedIn
Other appropriate B2B channels
Understand how the operator currently manages their business and identify opportunities where Meshfloor can help.
3. Conduct product demos
Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations with prospective customers.
The demo should be consultative rather than simply showing product features.
You should be able to understand the operator's problems and demonstrate how Meshfloor can improve areas such as:
Workspace operations
Lead management
Customer onboarding
Quotations
Agreements
Billing and invoicing
Payment collections
Occupancy management
Meeting room management
Reporting
Multi-location operations
4. Follow up and close
Manage the complete sales cycle from first contact to payment.
