Role Description The Property Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for guiding clients through property selection, investment decisions, and purchase processes. Day-to-day tasks include meeting prospective buyers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable property options, and conducting site visits.



The role involves providing accurate information on pricing, features, legal aspects, and financing options, while maintaining updated knowledge of local market trends. The Property Advisor will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions and high levels of customer satisfaction. Regular follow-up with clients, preparation of basic documentation, and support in closing deals are integral parts of this position.
Qualifications
