We’re Hiring | People & Process Manager - Finance Operations | Gurugram

Eximius Next is looking for a hands-on manager to strengthen people effectiveness, process discipline and operational excellence across our F&A; delivery teams.

The role will focus on:
Workforce utilization, workload balancing and capability mapping
Team productivity, performance and development
Process reviews, reconciliations, quality and controls
SOPs, trackers, dashboards and closure discipline
Identifying process gaps, recurring issues and improvement opportunities
Supporting automation and process simplification initiatives

We are looking for someone who is highly proactive, detail-oriented and analytical, with the ability to go deep into both people and processes rather than simply coordinate activities.

Experience: 7-10 years in F&A;/BPM/shared services

Location: Gurugram | Work from Office
