Job Description

Manage sales and distribution through DSAs, connectors, and channel partners for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
Drive business growth by onboarding and developing new DSAs and connectors within the assigned geography.
Manage and improve productivity of the Direct Sales Team to achieve business objectives.
Identify and effectively market opportunities within assigned catchment areas to generate quality leads.
Achieve monthly sanction and disbursement targets as assigned by the organization.




Meet prospective customers and provide suitable loan solutions based on their financial requirements.
Educate customers on product features, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, terms & conditions, repayment schedules, and applicable charges.
Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure sustainable business growth.
Coordinate with internal teams including Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU, Operations, and Sales Support for smooth processing and disbursement of loan applications.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and process guidelines while sourcing business.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities and drive market penetration.
