Role Description The Sim Racing Community Builder is a part-time, hybrid role based in Gurugram.



This role focuses on growing and engaging the local motorsport and sim-racing community through events, collaborations, and ongoing activations by Lights Out. The Community Builder will manage interactions with ecosystem that reflects the brand’s values. Key responsibilities include planning and hosting community events and tournaments, coordinating watch parties, content creation and gathering feedback to improve the overall community experience. The role also involves close collaboration with marketing and operations teams to align local community initiatives with broader brand campaigns and objectives.

The Ideal Candidate We are looking for college students or freshers based in Delhi NCR with a robust, active passion for F1, motorsports, and sim racing. You must have excellent technical writing and documentation skills to simplify complex hardware setups into an accessible handbook for casual fans. Familiarity with community management in gaming, esports, or motorsport
