Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Executive role based in Panipat. The Warehouse Executive will oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching inventory for jewelry, cosmetics, and lingerie products. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate stock records, performing regular inventory checks, preparing orders for store replenishment, and coordinating with store and procurement teams to ensure timely deliveries. The role also involves monitoring product handling to prevent damage, ensuring proper labelling and bin allocation, and keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and compliant with company standards. The Warehouse Executive will work closely with colleagues to streamline processes and support continuous improvement in efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
Robust inventory management and stock control skills,



including experience with basic warehouse documentation and record-keeping.
Ability to work with warehouse tools and systems (e.g., barcoding, basic inventory software, Excel or similar), and handle order processing efficiently.
Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in counting, labelling, and dispatching goods.
Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with store, procurement, and logistics teams.
Previous experience in retail or warehouse operations, preferably in fashion, jewelry, cosmetics, or related sectors, is an advantage.
Basic education (high school diploma or equivalent); additional training in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management is a plus.
