About the Role
We are looking for a energetic and business-savvy Project Manager to work closely with the Director in driving client relationships, business growth, and strategic execution across our real estate and architectural project portfolio. This is a high-visibility role suited to someone who is equally comfortable managing client relationships, coordinating with architects and real estate stakeholders, and contributing to the company's growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Stakeholder Management
Manage end-to-end client relationships, ensuring high standards of client satisfaction and retention.
Plan, lead, and manage client meetings — from scheduling and agenda-setting to follow-ups and closure.
Act as the key coordination point between real estate agents, landowners, architects, and interior design (ID) teams, ensuring smooth project execution from initiation to completion.
Strategy & Execution
Drive execution of company strategy and growth initiatives, staying engaged until measurable results are achieved — not just until hand-off.
Contribute to strategic planning for company growth and expansion, including identification and setup of new business verticals.
Identify and implement operational efficiency improvements across processes and teams.
Business Development & Marketing
Lead niche business development activity in the hospitality sector, including sourcing and managing High Net-worth Individual (HNI) clients.
Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to support company growth objectives.
Oversee social media presence and management to strengthen brand visibility and lead generation.
Real Estate & Industry Knowledge
Apply working knowledge of real estate sales and brokerage processes to support deal structuring, client conversations, and project decisions.
Liaisoning & Approvals
Liaison with government authorities, municipal bodies, and statutory departments to secure necessary project approvals, NOCs, and clearances.
