What would you do?

The primary purpose of this role is to manage the accuracy, accessibility, and security of workforce data by processing tasks such as data entry, validation, maintenance, and reporting.



This involves ensuring that data is up-to-date, consistent, and compliant with relevant standards, while also troubleshooting any data discrepancies.
. The role also includes supporting data-driven decision-making by ensuring the availability and integrity of workforce data for analysis and reporting purposes.
Showcase adaptability by seamlessly transitioning between tasks and roles, ensuring continuous productivity and efficiency
The role requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including nights, to ensure seamless data management
Demonstrate technical proficiency by staying current with data management technologies and applying them to improve workflows
