About the Role
IInfotanks is seeking for a Social Media Coordinator to manage our social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. This is a hands-on role that involves creating posts, scheduling content, responding to comments, and analyzing performance data to identify what is working and what isn’t.
The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for determining the weekly content plan. This includes monitoring trending topics across platforms, crafting hooks that capture audience attention, and understanding the distinctions between platforms, such as a LinkedIn text post versus an Instagram Reel, not only in format but also in tone and audience expectations.

What You’ll Do
This role owns the content calendar across all four platforms. In a given week, that could involve writing a LinkedIn carousel on an industry topic on Monday, scripting a 30-second Instagram Reel on Tuesday,



scheduling Facebook posts for the rest of the week, and reviewing YouTube Studio analytics to understand why last week’s video had a 2% click-through rate.

Key responsibilities include:
Writing, scheduling, and publishing posts on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram (Reels, Stories, Carousels), and YouTube (Shorts and longer videos).
Building a monthly content calendar that ties into product launches, campaigns, or relevant cultural events.
Tracking trends, audio clips, hashtags, meme formats, and recent platform features, and determining which are relevant to the brand.
Writing opening hooks and captions, as the first line of a LinkedIn post and the first two seconds of a Reel are critical to audience retention.
Collaborating with designers or creating simple assets independently using tools such as Canva or CapCut.
Responding to comments and direct messages, as community management is a core part of the role
