Role

Own and continuously evolve Lauritz Knudsen’s end-to-end digital experience ecosystem—including LK-EA.com, Builder.io CMS, PIM, digital assets, enterprise search, SEO, analytics, and connected integrations—into a scalable, secure, customer-centric platform that contributes to business growth.

The role serves as the single enterprise-level point of accountability for digital strategy, roadmap, architecture governance, delivery, operations, budget, and measurable business outcomes across LK-EA’s public digital footprint.

Organizational Context and Scope
Portfolio: LK-EA.com and its sub-sites; Builder.io CMS; Product Information Management (PIM); Digital Asset Management (DAM); enterprise search through OpenSearch; the SEO and analytics stack; and integrations with SFDC, SFMC, and CIAM/Auth0.
Business impact: The primary digital channel for product discovery, customer and partner engagement, lead generation, and self-service.
Operating workplace: An enterprise-scale,



secure, integrated, multi-vendor ecosystem spanning Business, Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, IT, Security, and Analytics.
Key Accountabilities
Digital platform strategy and ownership: Define and own the product vision, roadmap, backlog, governance model, and business outcomes for LK-EA.com and its broader ecosystem. Improve customer discovery, engagement, lead generation, conversion, and self-service journeys.
Website, CMS, and content governance: Own the Builder.io architecture, templates, workflows, publishing controls, content standards, brand compliance, SEO readiness, accessibility, and platform availability.
Product data and digital assets: Govern PIM, DAM, taxonomy, attributes, metadata, product descriptions, and imagery to ensure completeness, consistency, and quality across customer-facing journeys.
Search, SEO, analytics, and growth: Lead OpenSearch indexing, relevance, filter
