Role & Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of academic programs and curriculum frameworks across remote learning environments.
Manage and mentor a distributed team of academic chairs and faculty, fostering a culture of pedagogical excellence and inclusive teaching practices.
Align academic strategy with institutional KPIs—student outcomes, retention, and engagement—using data-driven dashboards and feedback loops.
Partner with product and tech teams to co-create digital learning tools, LMS integrations, and assessment systems that elevate academic delivery.
Develop and enforce academic policies,



accreditation standards, and quality assurance protocols tailored for 100% remote institutions.
Represent the academic vision externally—engaging with edtech partners, accreditation bodies, and global education networks.
