AGS Holidays is a Bengaluru-based, full-service travel company and the travel vertical of AGSKart, a digital business ecosystem and super app operating across e-commerce, payments, brand vouchers, advertising, SaaS, insurance and wealth management. AGSKart serves 50,000+ active users and a network of 700+ franchise partners across India.
AGS Holidays offers domestic and international holiday packages, EMI-based travel (prepaid and pay-later), visa services, air ticketing, corporate and institutional travel, cruises, car rentals, train bookings, weddings and honeymoons, and travel insurance. Customers reach us through the AGS Holidays app, our website, our B2B agent portal, and the AGSKart franchise and distributor network. We also deliver the annual holiday benefit that forms part of the AGSKart franchise partner programme.

The Role
We are looking for a business leader to own AGS Holidays end-to-end: product and packaging, supplier relationships, B2B agent and partner channels, direct sales, operations, customer experience,



and P&L.; You will take an established travel business with a broad service portfolio and scale it into a leading, profitable vertical that is deeply integrated with the AGSKart app and partner network.
This is a builder's role. You will set the strategy, hire and lead the team, and be accountable for the numbers.

Key Responsibilities
Business ownership
✓Own the AGS Holidays P&L;, annual plan, and quarterly targets across all service lines
✓Prioritise the portfolio: holiday packages, EMI travel, corporate and institutional travel, visa and ancillary services
✓Set pricing, margin, credit, and payment policies in line with company guidelines

Product and supply
✓Build and manage relationships with DMCs, hotels, airlines, cruise lines, transport providers, visa facilitators, and consolidators
✓Negotiate contracts and rate agreements to secure competitive inventory
✓Design packages and group departures suited to AGSKa
