Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

4 to 5 Years of prior experience in similar role
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience required
2-3 years’ experience in a client service position; prior relationship management, project management or business to business sales experience a plus
Manage EDI file transmissions for 401(k) and employee benefits data.
Configure and maintain inbound/outbound EDI files (e.g., employee enrolments, contribution files, payroll deductions).
Validate payroll and 401(k) contribution data for accuracy.
Previous HCM, Insurance Carrier, Benefit, and/or EDI experience preferred
Ability to interface with multiple departments, multi-task, think on your feet,



and work independently
Proven strong customer service and relationship building skills required
Ability to effectively troubleshoot software configurations and uncover root cause required
Ability to effectively solve problems by balancing detailed questions with creative solutions
Flexibility to work both in client-facing and non-client facing settings
Familiarity with SalesForce and SaaS model desirable
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, service-oriented, and ever changing setting
Proficiency in MS Product Suite including Excel, Outlook, and Word
Project management experience preferred
